Director General of DBL, Pastor Mpeli Mwaisumbe said the children’s home has at least 40 children since its establishment in 2005 through Daily Bread Life Ministries.



Iringa District Commissioner (DC), Richard Kasesela has commended the Daily Bread Life Ministries (DBL) in Tanzania saying; "Very few people in the country are receiving donor funds and use them correctly and carry out its objectives."

Through his speech which was read on his behalf by the District Administrative Secretary of Iringa District, Martin Muluwafu said the government will ensure that the organization becomes in good conditions when it comes to fulfill its obligations.

DC said this yesterday at the Daily Bread Life Tanzania (DBL) 10 years anniversary of the establishing the Daily Bread Life Children’s Home held at Mkimbizi area in Iringa Municipality.

The celebrations also involved its donors from the United States which took place at his orphanage center of Daily Bread of Life Children’s Home of in Iringa.

DBL is also supporting the activities of animal husbandry and agriculture in poor families, provision of AIDS education and entrepreneurship consultancy economic activity and the importance of community behavioral change.

One of the organization's donors, the President/CEO of Eastern Industrial Supplies Inc. (EISI), Kip Miller said the problem of orphans is a global one which needs collective responsibility of all people.

Miller said one of the causes of orphans in the society was family instability which leads to insecurity among the people, hence separation of families.

Kip Miller, who is the CEO of the Eastern Industrial Supplies of US said; "Orphans are to be protected, they should be served well there is a day they will serve the people of Tanzania."

Miller said in his life he is happy to see one of the institutions (DBL) receives funding from them uses what they receive for the development and benefit of children and their families.

“God said go out and establish empire, this is why we came to Tanzania to support orphan children in Iringa at Daily Bread Life Children Home, “he said.

He said Tanzanians should be honest if God wants to be able to achieve the success they want in their development.

Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc. is a full line distributor of pipe, valves, fittings, and plumbing supplies.

“We have a fabrication shop capable of pipe cutting, threading and
grooving. Our valve automation department provides fast, quality service to pneumatically or electrically automated quarter-turn or linear operated valves,” said CEO Miller.

On his part, Director General of DBL, Pastor Mpeli Mwaisumbe said the children’s home with at least 40 children was established in 2005 through Daily Bread Life Ministries.

Pastor Mwaisumbe said after successfully establishing orphanage centers and the secondary school, their goals for now underlined in the construction of vocational training college and university.

"Our goal is to provide direct input through development programs and economic liberation of the people especially in rural communities," he said.
