KIPONZELO FC YAICHAPA TIMU YA MAKONGATI 3-0 KATIKA KOMBE LA J. MSOFU









Mdhamini wa mashindano ya Kombe la J. Msofu, Jeremia Edward Msofu (wa pili kulia) akikabidhi vifaa vya michezo kwa mmoja ya timu zinazoshiriki mashindano hayo katika Kijiji cha Kiponzelo Kata ya Kiponzelo, Jimbo la Kalenga wilaya Iringa, mkoani Iringa jana, (Picha na Friday Simbaya)






Timu ya Soka ya Kiponzelo ya Kijiji cha Kiponzelo, Kata ya Maboga, Jimbo la Kalenga wilayani Iringa imeibuka mshindi dhidi ya wapinzani wake Timu ya Soka ya Makongati ya Kijiji hicho kwa kuilaza magoli 3-0 kwenye pambano la ufunguzi ya Kombe la J.Msofu lililopigwa katika Uwanja wa michezo wa Shule ya Sekondari Kiponzelo jana.

Mashindano ya Kombe hilo lililoandaliwa na Jeremia Edward Msofu ambaye pia ni mmliki wa kampuni ya mabasi ya ‘OTA HIGH CLASS’ kwa kushirikiana na chama cha mpira wilayani Iringa lilioanza rasmi tarehe 11 Desemba 2016.

Timu ya Soka ya Kiponzelo wenyeji waliovalia jezi ya rangi nyeusi walijipatia goli la kwanza kupitia mshambuliaji wao machachali Efeso Makaye (9) ambaye ndiye alikuwa nahodha wa timu hiyo dakika 44 katika kipindi cha kwanza.

Hadi mapumziko timu ya kiponzelo ilikuwa inaongoza kwa goli moja lakini kipindi cha pili kilipoanza timu zote zilishambuliana na kupelekea timu ya kiponzelo kupata goli la pili kupitia mshambuliaji wake aliyefunga bao la kwanza dakika chache kwa kuanza kipindi cha pili.

Wakati timu ya soka ya Makongati ya kijiji cha Makongati waliovalia jezi ya rangi ya zambarau, Kata ya Maboga haijakaa sawa waliongezwa goli la tatu wakati huo kupitia uwinga wa kulia wa timu ya kiponzelo Yesus Mamba.

Mechi ya ufunguzi hiyo ya Kombe la J. Msofu ilichezeshwa na mwamuzi Ahmad Mzee akisaidiana na wasaisizi wake steven Makuka na Daud Mgimba.

Kwa upande wake, mdhamini wa mashindano hayo Jeremia Msofu alisema kuwa lengo la mashidano hayo nikuibua vipaji vitakavyoweza kuunda timu ya Jimbo la Kalenga itakayoweza kucheza kuanzia ligi ya daraja la nne la hadi ligi kuu Tanzania (VPL).

Alisema kuwa mashindano hayo hayana mlengo wa kisiasa, bali ni kuibua vipaji na isitoshe yeye ni mzaliwa wa Kijiji cha Kiponzelo Kata ya Maboga katika Jimbo la Kalenga wilayani Iringa,mkoani Iringa.

“Kwa kuanzia nimeamua kuanza na kata mbili ambazo zinajumlisha vijiji vinane lakini hapo baadaye nakusudia kufanya kwa Jimbo la Kalenga lote Mungu akipenda…” alifafanua Msofu.

Msofu alitoa vifaa vya michezo kwa kila timu shiriki kwa kupewa jezi seti moja na mpira moja kwa kila kijiji kushiriki.

Naye mratibu wa mashindano hayo Abuu Changawa ‘Majeki’, ambaye pia ni Mwenyekiti wa Lipuli FC ya mjini Iringa aliwasisitizia wachezaji wanaoshiriki Kombe la Jeremia (J.MSOFU CUP 2016) kuzingatia nidhamu.

Aidha, mratibu huyo alisema kuwa jumla ya vijiji nane kutoka kata ya maboga na Wasa, ambavyo ni Wasa, Usengelindete, Ufyambe na Ikungwe, (kata ya Wasa), Kiponzelo, makongati, Magunga na Itengulinyi vya kata ya Kiponzelo vinashiriki katika kombe hilo.

Kwa upande wa zawadi mratibu huyo alisema kuwa mshindi wa kwanza atapa ng’ombe mmoja, mshindi wa pili mbuzi wawili na mshindi wa tatu atapata mbuzi mmoja na kuongeza kuwa gharama ya mashindano hayo ni zaidi ya shilingi milioni kumi.

Mashindano hayo yalizinduliwa rasmi na Katibu wa Chama cha Mpira Iringa Vijijini ,Juma Lalika, ambaye pia ni mjumbe wa kamati ya uchaguzi wa Chama cha Mpira Tanzania (TFF)







ACCESS BANK DISHES OUT 515 LOANS TO FARMERS IN IRINGA

ACCESS BANK Tanzania (ABT) has launched its new branch in Iringa last week while providing 515 loans worth more than Sh 982 million for some of the region's farmers, to increase productivity in the agricultural sector.



This is 13th branch to be launched since its inception in the country, and was grace by the Iringa Regional Commissioner (RC), Amina Masenza at a ceremony attended by leaders and stakeholders of the financial sector in Iringa.



Head of business development of the bank, Andrea Ottina said the opening of the bank's branch in Iringa is evidence of their sincere commitment to providing excellent service to their customers in the country.



"In addition to providing excellent service to our customers, we will seek for our services on time with ease strengthening of banking services," he said.



Ottina said Iringa is among the fastest growing regions in the country due to the availability of many attractions, investment and production of food products trading.


He added that through this branch, said farmers and entrepreneurs of Iringa region will benefit from the banking services.


He said the bank will continue to expand its services to reach a large part of customers across the country, as well as introduce new products and ways to access services.


"These methods are such as banking services via mobile phone and banking agencies who have been targeted more in rural and urban areas as well," he said.


RC Masenza was the guest of honour praised the bank to increase the ease of access to quality financial services in the region of Iringa.


"I urge farmers and entrepreneurs, both small and large traders take advantage of the services offered by this bank as an opportunity to develop your agricultural operations and businesses," she said.


She said the banking sector is essential to the development of the nation as it is enabling investment that can make a difference for individuals and the nation as a whole.


"My wish is to see you continue to provide services shall have an influence, you should not be part of those who are abusing citizens in the provision of financial services," she said.


Initially, Manager of AccessBank branch in Iringa, Frederick Masungwa said the bank began offering its financial services in the region, in July this year and up to November this year had more than 3,000 customers.

Masungwa said the bank provide services to various accounts including savings, group, checks, deposits, strategies, students, traders; and also provides services to send money domestically and abroad and ATM services through Union Switch.

He said since they began offering these services, over the last six months in Iringa have received more than 3,000 customers.
