Kamati ya Bunge ya Uwekezaji Mitaji ya Umma (PAC) imeyataka mashirika ya umma 265 yalilopo hapa nchini, kuanza kujiandaa kuchangia bajeti ya serikali kuanzia mwaka ujao wa fedha .




Aidha wakurugenzi na wenyeviti wa bodi wa mashirika hayo kuanzia mwakani watatakiwa kuwasilisha bajeti zao bungeni ili kuweza kupitishwa na bunge na hakuna shirika lolote la serikali litakaloweza kupiitishwa bajeti bila kuithinishwa na bunge.




Hayo yamebainishwa na mwenyekiti wa kamati hiyo ,Albart Obama Mtabaliba mbunge wa jimbo la Buhigwe, mkoani Kigoma, wakati kamati hiyo ilipotembelea miradi ya kituo cha kimataifa cha mikutano (AICC)nakujionea miradi mbalimbali inayoendeshwa na kituo hicho ikiwemo ujenzi wa nyumba za kupangisha ,hosp italpamoja na jengo la maonyesho na mikutano linaloendelea kujengwa na kituo hicho.




Alisema kuwa licha ya mashirika hayo kuwa na thamani kubwa ya shilingi trilioni 26 lakini yamekuwa hayachangii ipasavyo bajeti ya serikali ,hivyo yanatakiwa yabadilike na kuanza kulipa kodi ipasavyo pamoja na kutoa gawio serikalini.




‘’Mashirika yote ya umma yaliyopo hapa nchini yanadhamani ya shilingi trilioni 26 na kwa mwaka yamekuwa yakitoa faida ya shilingi bilioni 450 pekee ,ambayo ni sawa na asilimia 1.08% kitu ambacho hakiwezekani ukilinganisha na mtaji uliopo wa trilioni 26 ,na hivyo wakurugenzi na wenyeviti wa bodi wametakiwa wahakikishe mapato yao kwa serikali yanapanda na angalau weweze kuchangia trilioni mbili kwa mwaka “alisema Mtabaliba




Akizunguzia kituo cha mikutano cha kimataifa AICC alipongeza miradi inayoendeshwa na kituo hicho na kushauri waanze kuchukuwa hatua ya kuanza kukabiliana na soko na pia wajitahidi kuwekeza zaidi katika ujenzi wa vituo vya mikutano vya kisasa ,na kuwataka kuelekeza nguvu zaidi ya kujenga kituo kikubwa cha mikutano katika mji mkuu wa Tanzania ambapo ni Dodoma.




Hata hivyo mmoja wa wabunge wa kamati hiyo,Ester Bulaya alikosoa gharama za ukarabati zilizotumika kukarabati ukumbi wa Simba hall uliopo katika kituo hicho ambapo kiasi cha shilingi bilioni tatu na nusu zilitumika jambo ambalo hawakuafiki na kushauri kwamba fedha hizo ninyingi sana na zingeweza kutumika kwenye uwekezaji mwingine .




Naye mkurugenzi mtendaji wa AICC Elishilia Kaaya alisema kuwa amefurahishwa na ujio wa kamati hiyo kuwatembelea na pia wamekutana nao na wamepewa elimu nzuri ya uwekezaji na wametaza baadhi ya mambo yale ambayo ayajaenda sawa wamewarekebisha pale ambapo awapo vyema wamewafundisha hivyo wanaamini walivyoambiwa mtazamo ubadili utabadilika kulingana na hali ilivyo.




Hata hivyo alisema kwa sasa wameanzisha mradi ujenzi wa kumbi za mikutano,mahoteli na maonyesho unaogarimu kiasi cha shilingi shilingi bilioni 2.8,mradi ambao unatarajiwa kukamilika mapema May 4 ambapo wanategemea utasaidia kuongeza mapato ya kituo hicho pamoja na ajira kwa watanzania.

Chipolopolo Test Warriors in Friendly

Zambia has now opted to play Zimbabwe in an international friendly match on Sunday 26 March, in Harare after the proposed game against Tanzania fell through.

The Chipolopolo were scheduled to play the Taifa Stars of Tanzania on Friday in the first match and Sunday in the second fixture in Dar es Salaam during the Fifa international window.

Faz General Secretary Ponga Liwewe confirmed to Fazfootball.com that the team summoned by coach Wedson Nyirenda remains unchanged.

Nyirenda has called 28 players for Sunday’s match away in Harare with two foreign-based players who are Emmanuel Mayuka and Kennedy Mweene.

The team is camped at the Intercontinental Hotel and is expected to have its first full training session on Wednesday morning.

Nyirenda is preparing the team for the African Nations Championship against Swaziland in July while also having an eye on the Africa Cup of Nations engagement against Mozambique in June.
