The challenges that traffic in region were facing including most of the road users have little knowledge on traffic regulation hence increase in accidents that can be avoided.

For instance, resident in Iringa don’t know how to use the Zebra Crossing, of which they stand and cheat stories at the Zebra Crossing instead of crossing at once.

Other challenges are overspending especially commuter bus drivers they violate traffic rules and regulations unnecessarily and pedestrians and also cyclists were manger causers of accidents here.

He said traffic police are sent to schools to education the pupils and students about the road safety rule and regulations as strategy reduce accidents caused by pedestrians.
