NO PLACE LIKE HOME

He is not dead! We have such people in many areas of the country who are sleeping near a dust bin at the bus stations. Indeed they have no place to call their home but they decide staying in such situation like this young man who was found yesterday get snoozing on the pavement in the open air in the presence of people at the Songea Town Main Bus Stand in Ruvuma Ruvuma. After they have done tiresome jobs as callboys and so on they call it day’s work. Some of them carrying parcel and luggage of travelers, who are traveling to and fro Ruvuma, they get rest just like that. Later on they get some food just right their at bus stand premises from the so called ‘Mama lishe’ or street food vendors nearby. Nevertheless, Songea Main Bus Station is facing the problem of filthy because everything is done under one roof, with uncollected garbage in many parts of the stand grounds. But what is the town fathers and municipal council authorities doing to correct the situation the bus stand and problem it is going through at moment hence reduce health hazards and prevent the epidemic contamination disease like Cholera? Prevention is better than cure.
