He said he has been hearing about YES Tanzania working with and for young people to advocate forSRHR, including family planning. He said that the organization is going help to reduce teenage pregnancy and HIV for young people.

According to the WEO, Utengule/Usongwe ward lacks youth friendly reproductive health services.

Working with and for young people is the main reason for YES Tanzania existence, YES Tanzania uses sports as a vehicle to channel messages and empowerment.

“People in every nation love sports. Its values are universal. At its best, it brings people together. And when young people participate in sports or have access to physical education, they can build up their health and self esteem, use their talents to the fullest, learn the ideas of team work and tolerance, and be drawn away from the dangers of drug and crime,”
