UBALOZI WA UNITED ARAB EMIRATES NCHINI WATOA MSAADA KWA WAISLAM

SHEIKH Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Aid and Red Crescent Society of United Arab Emirates (UAE) has jointly donated dates to various Muslim groups and the fasting Muslims in Tanzania through Dhi Nureyn Islamic Foundation-Iringa Region.






The two humanitarian aid institutions from UAE have donated the donation through their UAE Embassy in Tanzania in collaboration with UAE Ambassador to Tanzania , His Excellency Maalallah Mubarak Suweid for Muslims to observe the Holy Month of Ramadhan.






Dhi Nureyn Islamic Foundation Executive Chairman, Sheikh Said Ahmed Abri told the 'blogger’ today that the donation of ‘Iftar’ like dates is through the Programme of Breaking Fast for the Fasting Muslims in Tanzania , at the expense of Sheikh Kalifan Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Foundation and Red Crescent Society Islamic foundations.






The total donation is 50,000,000/- including 35,000,000/- which will be for pragramme of breaking fast for Muslims in Tanzania and 500 boxes dates (6,000kgs) worth 15,000,000/-.






He noted has reached the beneficiaries through 50 mosques from Iringa, Mbeya, Singida, Kilimanjaro and Dar es Salaam regions.






Sheikh Abri has also expresed his graduates to the leadership of UAE and its pepole on behalf of all Muslims in tanzania for the generosty of giving the donation.


















According to the executive chairman , the Holy Month of Ramadan is all about fasting and teach Muslims about patience, humanity and spiritually.






He added that during Ramadan, Muslims ask forgiveness for past sins, pray for guidance and help in refraining from everyday evils, and try to purify themselves through self-restraint and good deeds.
