This is what has been is in Songea Municipal Council in Ruvuma Region, a lot of trash has not been collected for a long time hence causing health hazard to the residents staying nearby those dumpsites. This garbage was captured by the roving cameraman today along Kaulu Street towards Police line area. Many areas in the town of Songea have uncollected rubbish.
